Available in Ivory in all sizes.  White is discontinued, limited to stock on hand.
Sizes 6-10 and 11.  These run small - if you're going to wear socks, order 1 size larger.  For nylons, order 1/2 size larger.
Spike heel adds 2 1/2" in height, heel is 3" tall at highest point in back
Boot is about 12" tall at the highest point
Laces are 58" long, which may be too short if you have large calves. Some customers have had success making longer laces out of 1 1/2" organza ribbon.
